Where can I download Tripsilon?
Public download links are not available yet. Visit the Download page for release availability. We do not offer APK downloads on this website.
Is this the Tripsilon application?
This is the public information website. It does not open your personal map, sign you in or access your travel records.
Where are my travel records stored?
The application keeps its core travel records locally on your device. Keep a backup before changing devices or clearing browser storage. This public website cannot retrieve your records.
How do Timeline imports work?
In the application, open My World → Import History to review supported Timeline export files. Imports are processed locally. Do not send location history to this website.
How do I back up or restore my data?
Use Settings → Backup & Restore inside the application. Keep backup files safe. Optional Google features are managed in the application; this website does not connect to your Google account.
How can I report a problem?
Use Help & Feedback in the application to find the available options. Describe the steps and app version; leave out passwords, backup files and private travel history. A public support contact is not available on this website yet.
